The Bunker Bay 300 Committee and Sponsors are delighted to present a night of cycling, networking and racing to raise awareness for Youth Mental Health in Perth and the South West of WA.

The Bunker Bay 300 is the longest single day charity event in Australia. A select number of riders will ride over 305km from Perth CBD to Bunker Bay in a single day to raise money for local grass-roots youth mental health charities Kai Fella, Blue Tree Project and 20talk.

Guests on the evening will be witness to a spectacle of cycling races, and encouraged to sponsor individuals and teams who will be competing in stationary cycle races throughout the evening. This will culminate in a Grande Finale between the strongest riders.

About The Ride

The Bunker Bay 300 Classic is the Ultimate Corporate Bike Monument Challenge that raises money for mental health support and suicide awareness in the Construction Industry. It challenges senior executives who have a passion for cycling, and an awareness of their corporate social responsibilities, to ride 300km in a single day.

CIDN Perth (Construction Industry Drinks and Networking) is delighted to host this event for invited corporate executives who have the necessary fitness, experience and skill to complete the physically and mentally demanding challenge. In return, the riders benefit from valuable networking opportunities and the immense satisfaction of directly helping support mental health and suicide prevention initiatives for young people in our community.

Our mission is to help spark difficult conversations and encourage people to speak up when battling mental health concerns. By spreading the paint and spreading the message that "it’s OK to not be OK", we can help break down the stigma that’s still largely attached to mental health. Learn More

Kai Fella

Kai, a 20-year-old East Fremantle boy with a lot to live for, ended his life in July 2016 after struggling with anxiety and depression. If this endeavour prevents just one more tragic death to suicide, then our goal to help prevent youth suicide will have been achieved. Learn More

ToyBox Australia is a charity dedicated to supporting local sick and disadvantaged children. We do this by funding grants for equipment, therapy, and incredible escapes so kids can enjoy welcome distractions.
